Event producer, curator, entrepreneur and art lover with more than twelve years of experience in the industry. He served as Director of Events for K2 Marketing Group overseeing national events for K2 clients Turner Networks, Cartoon Network, HLN and Boomerang channels. After K2, he decided to fuse his passion for art and commerce under the moniker Artist Muse, producing unique, engaging cultural events outside of the typical art gallery. Phearson currently serves on the board of the Barnsdall Art Park, home to the Los Angeles County Municipal Gallery and the historic Hollyhock House designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.
Marcus Pierce has been the Director of Operations of Artist Muse for five years. As a member of the executive team, he’s specializes in motivating, building, and managing the companies infrastructure that has deepened the artistic narrative at the procedural level. He’s blended management operations with public relations efforts, amplified brand awareness, leverage artistic expression, elevate brand storytelling, and evolve the consumer journey. His blending practices garner results for their clients while providing strong management and client service.
His award winning career spans almost two decades, three coasts, with valuable experiences in public relations, management, and media. His professional evolution led to production of corporate marketing campaigns, TVseries, specials, and film. Marcus has worked as a supervisor, creative consultant, and lighting coordinator. His leadership, speaks to the clients’ bespoken needs, with brand strategy and ethos at the forefront of every project. He’s worked his creative magic and keen eye in management with prominent sponsors and corporations Grey Goose, Minotti, Roche Bobois, Josh Flagg Estates, and Windmark Recording to name a few. Marcus curated his distinctively unique career path to feed his love for the arts.
